Proceedings:

-Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm

 

At 5:33 Presentation from Joe Perrin in regard to the topic of sex traffic/abuse; (MBF Child Safety Matters) as well as suggestions for lesson plans to be implemented in the school curriculum.

At 5:45 Presentation from Lauren Herrington-Murphy (for Emma Latimore); several hotlines were suggested for those in trouble or affected

At 5:51 the members review the presentation from Joe Perrin and Lauren Herrington-Murphy

At 5:54 review and update the Fitnessgram Testing

At 5:56 the members discuss the possibilities of Coordinated School Health Program; Kayla voiced concerns for safeguards

At 5:59 the members review the Godley ISD Wellness program; discussion of addition and removal of certain goals as well as discussion and confirmation of SHAC Committee's Community Health Fair.
