The Godley Wildcats competed in the program’s first-ever playoff game against Brownwood on March 20, 2026, at Stephenville High School’s Art Briles Stadium.

In a close Class 4A Division II contest, Brownwood earned a 1-0 victory to advance to the area round against Lake Worth.

The Wildcats finished 7-5 in District 6-4A play to secure their postseason berth.

The varsity roster includes Josue Arvizu, Parker Bowling, Turner Clark, Damien Deluna, Gilberto Gallardo, Anthony Garcia, Jose Jimenez, Maddox Jutrus, Noah Lopez, Kevin Maldonado, Jeremy Macias, Leo Mendoza, Luke Mercer, Gerson Moreno, Alexis Morales, Adam Pempsell, Jairo Perez, Joey Ramirez, Michael Swanson, Kaiden Torres, Sean Warren, Kaylon Williams and Landon Wolinski. Team managers are Melanie Morales and Genesis Moreno.
