Godley Wildcat running back Landon Thigpen leads a fifteen-player contingent earning all-district football honors following the 2022 season.
The Godley High School football players received District 4-4A honors following the season, which saw Wildcats advance to the regional playoffs in Class 4A Division II.
Thigpen, a junior, was named Offensive Player of the Year.

Godley advanced to the regional playoffs, where the Wildcats fell 62-55 to Monahans. The GHS team advanced from the area round after a 41-40 win over Seminole following a 27-6 bi-district victory over Midland Greenwood.
