Godley High School students in the Texas Association of Texas Educators chapter are advancing to national competition from the 39th Annual Teach Tomorrow Summit on March 2-4, 2023, in Round Rock.
Qualifying for the national level are Carsyn Wheeler in Children’s Literature K-3 as well as Zaida Diaz and Abbigail Phelps in Interactive Bulletin Board.

The students excelled at the TAFE Area 10 conference on Nov. 16 at Tarleton State University. The area conference included schools from Cooke, Denton, Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise counties.
The 2023 Educators Rising National Conference is set for Jun. 29 through Jul. 2 in Orlando, Florida.
TAFE is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that is part of the education and training career cluster with programs of study designed to develop the next generation of teachers and other child-development professionals.
