Thirteen Godley High School students in the Texas Association of Texas Educators chapter excelled at competition during the TAFE Area 10 conference on November 4, 2023, at Tarleton State University.

The area conference included schools from Cooke, Denton, Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise counties.
State competitive events will be held at the 40th Annual Teach Tomorrow Summit on Feb. 28-Mar. 1 in Round Rock.
TAFE is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that is part of the education and training career cluster with programs of study designed to develop the next generation of teachers and other child-development professionals.
