Godley ISD Superintendent Dr. Rich Dear convened student advisory committees at both Godley High School and Godley Middle School in September 2024.

The leadership groups advise the superintendent on current facilities, courses, programs and more and what the students would like to see in the future.  With nominations from teachers and staff, the students join the committees to help better the campuses as well as the school district as a whole.

Students on the advisory groups are:

• 12th Grade:  Samantha Anderson, Wyatt Burke, Emily Holton, Semaj Johnson, Creed Miller

• 11th Grade:  Keegan Bohannon, Nola Briscoe, Alberto Diaz, Sadie Hughey, Bella Van Wart

• 10th Grade:  Gavin Bridges, Britton Everroad, Ryder Papasan, Ethan Quinteros, Kinzy Riney

• 9th Grade:  Campbell Armstrong, Coby Ball, Cali Harrington, Lesley Rodriguez, Dex Swiger

• 8th Grade:  Dallas Miller, Bryce Reed, Briggs Thompson, Valery Villeda, Reagan Wood

• 7th Grade:  Ifeoluwa Adedoja, Presley Darder, Blakely Thompson, Lane Stuck, Max Van Wart

The groups will meet the superintendent periodically throughout the school year.
