Godley Middle School seventh graders were up out of their seats learning about mathematical proportions on September 25, 2024.

The hallway activity on ratios and proportions put the students on their feet and engaging with the math problems.  Seventh math classes are taught by GMS teachers Shaina Clayton, Robyn Greene, Jennifer Greenfield, Andrea Peters and Tiffany Lick.

Middle school math students use basic skills they learned at the elementary level to solve more complex math problems as they develop important skills needed for algebra and other advanced math courses. Godley ISD schools continually prepare students with knowledge and skills they will need to be successful at the next level.
