Godley Middle School seventh grade basketball ended their 2022-23 seasons as district champions.

Students on the teams are:

• GMS 7th Grade A Ladycats: Layla Balderas, Kennedy Black, Makinley DeFoor, Maloney Hambrice, Ryleigh Hillis, Presley Hindash, Kyndle Mykah Meshell, Hinley Owen, Abbie Smith, Kerighan Wilson

• GMS 7th Grade A Wildcats: Coby Ball, Asher Crane, Brock Deberry, Jaxson Hill, Frankie Garcia, Zaine Sears, Kaleb Hand, Ian Fisher, Christopher Garcia, Jack VanWart, Jonah Wood

Coaches for the teams are Mindy Brown and Ashley Blue.
