Godley ISD school board trustees canvassed results from the May election during a special meeting on May 16, 2023, at Godley High School.

Results from the trustee election on May 6 submitted by county elections administrators indicated the following results:

Craig Stevenson	622	24	2	648

As the top two in the vote tally, Kayla Lain and Craig Stevenson were declared elected for three-year terms expiring in May 2026.

Trustees also adopted an order canvassing results from the bond referendum with county election administrators reporting the following results:
