Eli Marski and Emilee Marski, fifth-grade twins attending R.B. Godley Elementary School, were on the runway for a charity fashion show on September 24, 2024, at Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas.
The Marski twins represented Kidney Kids and Siblings for Camp Reynal for the fashion show benefiting Kidney Texas, Inc., an organization dedicated to provide funding to improve the methods of treatment, the search for a cure and prevention of kidney disease and other kindred or contributory diseases.
Eli and Emilee modeled outfits by St. Benard and were interviewed by emcee Scott Murray, the longtime Dallas-Fort Worth sportscaster on KXAS Channel 5. They also had the opportunity to meet former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Everson Walls.
“The twins received a standing ovation for their interview and modeling,” commented their mother Kammy Williams. “They did so well, spoke eloquently and didn’t even look nervous.”
Camp Reynal is a six-day residential camp program provided by the National Kidney Foundation to provide a true summer camp experience for children with renal and urology disease. The camp is hosted by Camp John Marc at their state-of-the-art therapeutic camping facility near Meridian, Texas. Doctors, nurses and other specialists are provided by Children's Medical Center Dallas, Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth and The Children's Hospital of San Antonio.
