Noah Artzt, a student at R.B. Godley Elementary School, competed in the Area 24 Spelling Bee on February 9, 2024, at the Cleburne ISD Administration Building.

The fourth grader placed fourth among area students in the contest featuring winners from Johnson County schools.

Artzt won the Godley ISD district spelling bee on Jan. 26. He and Legacy Elementary School fifth grader Navin Riemondi battled before Artzt emerged the victor.  The district competition included top winners from Legacy, R.B. Godley and Pleasant View Elementary Schools.
