The Pride of Godley Wildcat Band was a finalist at the UIL are marching contest on October 25, 2025, at C.H. Collins Athletic Complex in Denton.

“Your Pride of Godley finished 12th overall, making this only the 2nd time in school history to advance to finals competition,” said GHS band director Joe Walker, commenting on the band’s performance among 31 schools at the area contest.

At the region competition on Oct. 18 in Godley, the fall marching show “EYEconic” received the top rating from all three judges.

Drum majors are Isabelle Ortega and Jordyn Gessaman.  Colorguard captain is Mya Arevalo.
