Graduating seniors in the National Honor Society recognized Godley ISD staff members during the “Circle of Heroes” ceremony on May 8, 2023, at Godley High School.

Last month, the chapter inducted 23 new members and awarded graduation stoles to the seniors.

Founded in 1921, the NHS is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students.  More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning.
