Godley High School senior Baylee Mobley announced plans to continue playing volleyball at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor during a signing ceremony on February 2, 2024.
Located in Belton, the Crusaders competes in NCAA Division III athletics as part of the American Southwest Conference.
Mobley was recently named District 10-4A most valuable player, posting 202 kills, 101 digs and 20 aces during the Ladycats’ 2023 season. The GHS senior also set career milestones with 1,000 digs and 1,500 kills during the fall. She also broke several school records while playing at Godley, according to Ladycat head coach Courtney Hammett.
