Godley Ladycats came home victorious from a Class 4A bi-district volleyball playoff win over Dallas Pinkston on November 5, 2024, at Arlington Bowie High School.

The GHS girls won the playoff over Pinkston in three-straight matches (25-7, 25-12, 25-2) and are advancing to the area round to face Van Alstyne at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7 at Ranchview High School in Irving.

The varsity Ladycats completed a full sweep of District 12-4A volleyball play, posting a perfect 12-0 record to advance to the postseason.

Team members are Peyton Bower, Calleigh Brewer, Nola Briscoe, Kytzia Cortez, Kenadie Gonzalez, Kase Grimsley, Lila Heiner, Bree Hubbard, Abbi Lee, Alissa Sullivan, Bella Van Wart, Baillee Wallis, Payton Wilcox and Kyla Williams.  

Head coach Craig Darder is assisted by Ashley Blue and Skyler Warrick as well as managers Michaela Davis and Sam Young.
