-
1st Team: Morgan Cummings, Paige Palcic, Caileigh Underwood
-
2nd Team: Cassie Capps, Jordan Geesaman, Lexi Tyler

The Ladycats battled Brownwood in the Class 4A bi-district playoffs on Mar. 23, coming up short during a penalty-kick tiebreaker after dueling to a 2-2 stalemate at the end of regulation and two ten-minute overtime periods.
The Godley girls compiled a 14-1 record going into the postseason matchup, marking the team’s second playoff appearance since the team’s founding in 2021. The girls swept all District 6-4A foes, with a single loss coming to eventual district champ Waxahachie Life.
In addition to Goldey, the athletic district includes Alvarado, Ferris, Keene, Kennedale, Venus and Waxahachie Life.
