Ten members of the Godley Ladycats earned postseason honors for their performances during the 2026 season on the District 12-4A All-District Softball Team.

Freshman Tatum Peacock was named the district’s Offensive Player of the Year, while junior Alissa Sullivan earned Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors. Sophomore Kinzlee Durham was selected as the district’s Newcomer of the Year at catcher.

Godley’s all-district selections included:

• First Team: Karlee Clark, pitcher/outfielder; Halle Gross, outfielder; Hayden Keeton, pitcher/outfielder; Jaydin Riale, outfielder
• Second Team: Harlee Bullard, infielder; Savannah Ortega, infielder
• Honorable Mention: Brooklyn Branum, utility player

The Ladycats advanced to the Class 4A Division II regional semifinals following another historic season. Godley captured its fifth consecutive district championship with an undefeated district record while extending the program’s streak to 51 consecutive district wins.

The Ladycats were led by head coach Rus Mayes and assistant coach Kristi Mayes.
