Godley Ladycats faced off against Pleasant Grove in the Class 4A Division II regional semifinal volleyball playoffs on November 12, 2024, at Sulphur Springs High School.

The Lady Hawks won the playoff contest (25-22, 25-15, 25-12), advancing to the regional finals to face Aubrey.

The GHS girls previously defeated Dallas Pinkston in three-straight matches (25-7, 25-12, 25-2) during the bi-district round followed by Van Alstyne (24-26, 25-21, 17-25, 26-24, 15-5) to win the area championship. The varsity Ladycats completed a full sweep of District 12-4A volleyball play, posting a perfect 12-0 record to advance to the postseason.

Team members are Peyton Bower, Calleigh Brewer, Nola Briscoe, Kytzia Cortez, Kenadie Gonzalez, Kase Grimsley, Lila Heiner, Bree Hubbard, Abbi Lee, Alissa Sullivan, Bella Van Wart, Bailee Wallis, Payton Wilcox and Kyla Williams.  

Head coach Craig Darder is assisted by Ashley Blue and Skyler Warrick as well as managers Michaela Davis and Sam Young.
