The Godley Ladycats continued their playoff run with a 3-2 victory over Lake Worth in the Class 4A Division II area round on March 24, 2026, at Wildcat Stadium, advancing to the regional semifinals.

Godley will face Graham in the regional semifinal round. Game details will be announced when finalized.

The Ladycats advanced to the area round after defeating Academy 5-1 in the bi-district playoffs on Mar. 20 at Waco Connally High School.

Finishing second in District 6-4A play, the Ladycats posted a 7-3 record to earn their postseason berth. The program continues to build on its success with multiple playoff appearances, including back-to-back bi-district championships since its inception in 2021.

The varsity Ladycats roster includes Nola Briscoe, Ryleigh Dollins, Kaylie Fabela, Stephanie Favela, Jordyn Geesaman, Griffin Gill, Rylie Graves, Sophia Hodges, Jordyn Hutt, Makenna Jaskolowski, Eden Kelly, Arynn Long, Denise Ortega, Julyssa Ortiz, Yarlei Romero, Rylee Swanson and Lexi Tyler.
