Godley High School held commencement exercises for the Class of 2023 on May 25, 2023, in Wildcat Stadium.

Principal Kurtis Flood presented the graduates to the Board of Trustees. Diplomas were presented by school board trustees, and each senior was congratulated by Flood and Superintendent Dr. Rich Dear.

As the top two students in the graduating class, valedictorian Tristan Beha and salutatorian Symphany Grier each delivered an address. Class president Brittany Roark also spoke on behalf of the seniors, while FCA president Lexy Lewallen delivered the invocation.

Others in the top ten percent of the graduating class were Jacquelline Balderas, Catherine Heiner, Ethan Hall, Audrey Rodriguez, Axel Pallares, Kerri Roy, Ethan Parkinson, Allison Stinson, Brittany Roark, Madison Aguiar-Johnson, Colin Price, Lexy Lewallen, Zoie Switzer, Dallas Lane, Anthony Castillo and Parker Huston.

A video was presented at the end of the ceremony.  The video was compiled by senior project students Allison Stinson and Zoie Switzer.

The Class of 2023 numbered 181 students, which included several who completed their high school coursework at LINKS Academy.
