Godley ISD school campuses have named Teachers of the Year for the 2024-25 school year.

Selected for the campus honors were:

• Godley 6th Grade Campus:  Amy Langham, social studies teacher
• Godley High School:  Lindsay Simmons, CTE business and entrepreneurship teacher
• Godley Middle School:  Rebecca Dooley, science teacher and coach
• Legacy Elementary School:  Lacey Long, third grade teacher
• Pleasant View Elementary School:  Jane O’Connor, special education teacher
• R.B. Godley Elementary School:  Kelly Ramirez, fifth grade teacher

Through the Teacher of the Year program, the six educators will now be evaluated for district recognition with the Elementary Teacher of the Year and the Secondary Teacher of the Year.

The district will also be recognizing campus paraprofessionals of the year.
