Godley Ladycat soccer players Rylie Graves and Sophia Hodges helped lead Region 1 to a 3-1 victory over Region 2 in the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches Senior All-Star Game on May 9, 2026, at North East ISD’s Blossom Athletic Center in San Antonio.

Graves added a memorable highlight to the evening by scoring a goal for Region 1 during the all-star matchup, capping an outstanding senior season for the Ladycat standout. Hodges also represented Godley proudly as part of the Region 1 roster after helping anchor one of the top defensive units in Class 4A Division II this season.

Their selection and performance in the all-star event came after a historic year for the Ladycat soccer program. Godley advanced to the UIL Class 4A Division II state semifinals, captured a regional championship and earned four playoff victories during one of the most successful seasons in school history.

Throughout the season, Graves and Hodges played key leadership roles for a Ladycat team that showcased determination, teamwork and resilience while making the deepest playoff run in program history.

Following graduation, Hodges will continue her soccer career at St. Edward's University, while Graves is headed to Paris Junior College to continue competing at the collegiate level.
