Several Godley ISD staff members were honored at the school district’s end of year luncheon on May 26, 2023, at Godley High School.

Recognized were the district teachers of the year.  Bethany Van Wart, a first-grade teacher at Legacy Elementary School, was the Elementary Teacher of the Year, while Lori Lummus, a special education math teacher at Godley High School, was Secondary Teacher of the Year.
