Six Godley High School students were selected for all-region band ensembles during auditions on December 7, 2024, at Irma Marsh Middle School in River Oaks.

Honor band members include Gavin Jorgensen (French horn), Colten Moore (contra bass clarinet) and Julia Roy (trumpet).  The three also advanced to the area level.

Kannon Ward was named to the regional percussion ensemble.

For the Symphonic Band, selected were Aiden Hart (tuba) and Tucker Holzheuser (percussion).

Area auditions are set for Saturday, Jan. 11 at Robinson High School.  The Region 5/30 clinic and concert will be Jan. 24-25 at Kennedale High School.
