Fifteen Godley Middle School students were selected to perform with the Region band program and showcased their talents during an All-Region Band concert on January 17, 2026, at Kennedale High School.

Students earned their spots in either the Honor Band or Symphonic Band following a competitive audition process and participated in a two-day clinic leading up to the concert.

The students were:

• 7th Grade: Hunter Cosper, baritone saxophone; Jocelyn Drake, french horn; Abby Gebrekidan, flute; Connor Teal, tuba; Eduardo Victorio, tuba; Elijah Wilson, french horn
• 8th Grade: Cheyenne Bills, trombone; Silas Brawley, clarinet; Cooper Day, clarinet; Timothy Kitchens, trumpet; Tiphanie Miller, clarinet; Liam Montgomery, trumpet; Wyatt Shannon, clarinet; Piper Sosebee, oboe; Jacob Turner, trumpet

Godley Middle School band directors are Joe Walker, David Kennedy, Dallas Teague, Grayson Hancock and Noah Hancock.
