Godley Middle School students earned multiple awards during the 2026 JN Long Youth Art Show hosted April 7-May 9, 2026, at the JN Long Cultural Arts Center in Cleburne.

The annual exhibit provides students in grades 1-12 from across Johnson County an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents through a variety of mediums, including drawings, paintings, sculptures, fabrics, digital art and 3-D creations. Students from public, private and homeschool programs may submit up to three pieces for display.

Godley Middle School students were recognized for outstanding creativity and artistic achievement in several categories.

• 3rd Place: Ronin Tiefenburn — Cyber Dog
• Honorable Mention: Jimena Ramirez — Red Marine Jelly

The award-winning artwork reflects the creativity, imagination and artistic growth of GMS students while representing the district among talented young artists from across the county.
