Twenty-eight Godley High School students were inducted into the Spanish National Honor Society on February 24, 2025.

Inductees were Janice Aguilar, Julissa Aguirre, Layla Balderas, Coby Ball, Bailey Block, Valerie Botello, Brylie Chapa, Reagan DeLeon, Emily Enriquez, Kaylie Fabela, Stephanie Favela, Madelynne Fitzgerald, Carmen Galofaro, Cali Harrington, Jaxon Hill, Ryleigh Hillis, Makayla Jetton, Jardiel Jimenez, Kaden King, Angela Luna Perez, Hudson Marks, Jimena Minero, Julyssa Ortiz, Hinley Owen, Yareli Romero, Abbie Smith, Hadlee Taylor and Paola Valenzuela.

Chapter officers are president Alejandro Garcia, vice president Danica Renken and secretary/treasurer Isaac Christensen.

The honor society for high school students enrolled in Spanish or Portuguese is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP). Organized in 1953 as the Spanish National Honor Society, the name was changed to Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica in 1959. Students must demonstrate high achievement in their classes.
