Nine Godley High School students were inducted into the National Art Honor Society on April 17, 2025.

Inductees were Maddison Goudy, Abbygale Harrell, Kalista Ridenhour, Brooklyn Royal, Zoe Royal, Kimberly Rodriguez, Marley Samuels, Azul Sanchez and Melany Villanueva.

Current members previously inducted are Ashley Ballweg, Kyle Black, Gianna Demetres, Paige Eason, Miranda Gonzalez, Braely Lee, S’Maj Lewis, Trynity Lively, Yovanna Oviedo and Jesley Wilson.

Founded in 1978 by the National Art Education Association, the NAHS supports student members as creators, innovators and leaders to attain the highest standards in art scholarship, character and service.

Honor society sponsor is GHS art teacher Laura Lebeau.
