Godley High School senior Kytzia Cortez announced plans to continue playing volleyball at Tabor College during a signing ceremony on March 26, 2025.

Located in Hillsboro, Kansas, the Lady Bluejays compete in NAIA athletics as part of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.

Cortez helped the Ladycats reach the regional semifinals during the 2024 season, when the GHS senior was a first-team all-district pick.  She earned honorable mention recognition in 2023 as a junior.
