Chief Academic Officer Dr. Airemy Caudle will depart Godley ISD to accept the position of assistant superintendent of elementary education for Keller ISD.

Caudle has served Godley ISD since 2017, first as principal of Godley Intermediate School and later as chief academic officer beginning in 2019. During her tenure, she supported instructional systems, campus leadership and student learning initiatives across the district.

“Dr. Caudle has been a trusted colleague and an important part of our leadership team,” Superintendent Dr. Rich Dear said. “She has consistently focused on supporting campuses and teachers, and I appreciate the work she has done on behalf of our students and staff.”

Caudle began her career in education in 1997 as a fifth-grade teacher at South Euless Elementary School in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford school district. She later served as assistant principal at J.M. Farrell Elementary School in Arlington before becoming principal at Hillsboro Intermediate School and C.C. Cooke Elementary School in Cleburne. Prior to joining Godley ISD, she served as executive director of elementary instruction for Castleberry ISD.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from the University of Dallas, a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of North Texas.

Caudle was named an Outstanding Instructional Leader by Tarleton State University’s Effective Schools Project in 2014 and was a finalist for the National Distinguished Principal award in 2015.
