Ben Hamm GMS Assistant Principal

The Godley ISD Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Ben Hall as assistant principal for Godley Middle School during its meeting on May 18, 2026.

Currently assistant principal at William James Middle School in Fort Worth ISD, Hall previously served as a campus data leader and classroom teacher in Fort Worth ISD and brings more than 15 years of experience in education, leadership and program management.

“Mr. Hall brings strong middle school leadership experience and a passion for supporting students and staff,” Superintendent Dr. Rich Dear said. “We are excited to welcome him to Godley ISD and look forward to the impact he will have on our students, families and school community.”

The new Godley administrator has extensive experience leading campus operations, instructional programs and data analysis initiatives. He has also overseen professional learning communities and campus improvement strategies.

Hall earned a master’s degree in educational administration from Concordia University and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Eastern Illinois University. 

Godley Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 and is part of Godley ISD’s commitment to student learning, student readiness and engaged, well-rounded students based on the hopes and dreams of the Godley community and built around seven key pillars of the Community-Based Accountability System.
