Enrollment for Students New to Godley ISD

Welcome to Godley ISD! We are excited to welcome new students and families to the Wildcat community.

Enrollment for students new to Godley ISD for the 2026-27 school year begins Monday, July 6. This enrollment process applies to all new students enrolling in any Godley ISD campus or grade level.

Districtwide New Student Enrollment Event

Godley ISD will host a districtwide enrollment event for families of students new to the district.

Thursday, July 16
9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Families are encouraged to complete the online enrollment process before attending the event. District staff will be available to verify documents, answer questions, and assist families with enrollment.

Students who completed enrollment during Pre-K/Kindergarten Roundup do not need to attend the July 16 enrollment event unless contacted by the district for additional information or documentation.

Step 1: Complete Online Enrollment

Beginning July 6, parents or guardians should complete the New Student Enrollment application through Skyward Family Access at:

Parents or guardians who are new to Godley ISD must first create a Skyward Family Access account to obtain a username and password.

A separate enrollment application must be completed for each student.

Step 2: Attend the Enrollment Event

Parents or guardians should bring the enrolling student and the following required documents:

• Parent/guardian driver's license or state-issued photo ID
• Student's birth certificate
• Student's immunization records
• Student's Social Security card
• Two current proofs of residency showing the parent or guardian's name and address (such as a utility bill)
• Most recent pay stub (required to determine pre-kindergarten eligibility)
• For students entering grades 7-12, the most recent report card or transcript and any available state assessment results

Enrollment Verification Required

Enrollment is not complete until all required documentation has been submitted and verified by the district.

Completing the online enrollment application before attending the July 16 enrollment event will help expedite the process and ensure your student is ready for the first day of school.
