CTE Poster Contest

Students should create a poster highlighting the theme "Picture Your Future: See It. Dream It. Be It."

All Godley ISD students in pre-K through 12th grade are invited to participate in the 2026-27 CTE Career Awareness Poster Contest.

This year’s theme is “Picture Your Future: See It. Dream It. Be It.” Entries may include a photo, artwork or written material highlighting students’ future selves in the jobs or careers they hope to pursue.

All entries must be created on 8.5-by-11-inch white paper, which will be provided to each campus.

Include the following information on the back:

• Student’s first and last name
• Student ID number
• Campus
• Grade level

📅 Deadline: Students must submit their completed entries to their campus by Friday, Jan. 15, 2027.

Each elementary campus will select the top three entries from each grade level, while G6, GMS and GHS will each select the top 10 entries from each grade level. Godley ISD business and industry partners will then select one district winner from each grade level.

🏆 Winners will be recognized at the Godley ISD School Board meeting in February during CTE Month.
