Sports Medicine

Welcome to the Godley Sports Medicine Program!

Led by a licensed and certified athletic trainer, our program plays a vital role in the health, safety, and performance of all student-athletes. As a key member of the athletic department, the athletic trainer provides on-site injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services for all sports throughout the school year.

We work closely with coaches, parents, school nurses, and local healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student-athlete care. From preventing injuries to managing rehabilitation and helping athletes safely return to play, our mission is to support every athlete with professional, high-quality care.

Your athlete’s well-being is our top priority—both on and off the field.

Meet Our Athletic Trainer

Nichole Harmon is a licensed and certified athletic trainer with over 12 years of experience in sports medicine. She is passionate about providing personalized care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation support to all Godley athletes. Nichole is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where student-athletes can recover, perform, and thrive both on and off the field.

Outside of the training room, Nichole is married and the proud mom of a fun-loving 3-year-old son—who you might see around from time to time, cheering on the teams and making friends.

She's also a proud dog mom to three energetic pups. In her free time, Nichole enjoys working out, hiking, spending time with friends, and traveling to visit her family in Massachusetts.

Nichole brings energy, compassion, and experience to the Godley Sports Medicine Program—and is always here to support our athletes every step of the way.
