Bond Oversight Advisory Committee (BOAC)

Godley ISD is grateful to the community for its support of voter-approved bond propositions. To help ensure transparency and responsible use of these funds, the district is seeking community members to serve on the Bond Oversight Advisory Committee (BOAC).

The committee will support fiscal stewardship, transparency, and community accountability by monitoring the progress of district bond projects and providing updates to the Godley ISD Board of Trustees and the community.

Community members interested in serving on the committee must meet the following criteria:

  • Pay property taxes (residential and/or commercial) to Godley ISD and be current on those balances
  • Not be an employee or vendor of Godley ISD
  • Be willing to commit to an initial two-year term

Please submit applications for the Bond Oversight Advisory Committee by March 27, 2026.

Committee members will be selected based on the number and quality of applications received. Selected applicants will be notified by March 31, 2026.
