My name is Laurel Bartlett, and I am thrilled to be in Godley this year! I was here during the 2005-2006 school year completing my student teaching. I had a wonderful experience at GMS, and I am so glad to have the opportunity to be a part of this district. This will be my second year in Godley.
I attended Joshua ISD for my entire public school education. Upon graduation I went to Texas Wesleyan University. I then transferred to Arlington Baptist College, a very small private college, where I played volleyball and basketball. I married my husband Scott in 1998, and returned to college to finish my degree in Education. We have two sons, Kolby and Maddox. Kolby will be six this year, and Maddox was born this summer.
I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, fishing, playing volleyball and basketball, and reading.
I’m looking forward to a wonderful year in Godley.
