UIL is coming! This year the GHS Wildcat band hopes to take two performing groups to the UIL Concert and Sightreading Contest. Mr. Henry will conduct the Symphonic Band, and Mr. Cathey will conduct the Concert band. The band would like to thank the community and administration for supporting the band. Without the new band hall facilities, this would not be an option.

The High School also has a number of ensembles. The WildCat Concert band is the premier performing group of Godley High School. Other groups include a percussion ensemble, jazz band, and the Roar on the Floor Basketball Band, as well as the WildCat Marching Band. Ensembles at the Middle School include the Gold Band and the Purple Band (two mixed grade ensembles), and percussion ensembles. |
